Deep Restorative Rest Sessions
When we enter deep states of rest, the body moves from the sympathetic nervous system (the “fight or flight” response) into the parasympathetic nervous system, the body’s natural “rest and digest” mode.
In this state, heart rate lowers, blood pressure stabilises, and stress hormones such as cortisol reduce. Muscles soften, the breath deepens, and the brain begins to release calming neurochemicals like serotonin and oxytocin, supporting better sleep, improved mood, and overall wellbeing.

These sessions don’t just help you relax, they gently remind your body how to truly rest. Through soft, supported restorative postures and diaphragmatic breathing, we create the conditions for your body’s natural healing processes to reawaken. Over time, this practice can nurture resilience, ease fatigue, and bring a grounded sense of calm and clarity into daily life.
Each session is intuitively guided and tailored to meet you exactly where you are. As your body settles into deep rest, long-held tension begins to release, the nervous system softens, and balance is restored from within. Through mindful touch, breath awareness, and stillness, you’ll be guided into a state of profound relaxation.

What to Expect
Each session is a collaboration between you and your body.
We’ll begin with a consultation to understand where you are physically, emotionally, and energetically. From there, I’ll guide you through:

Breathwork
Gentle techniques
to expand your breath
and regulate your
nervous system.
Integration
You’ll receive simple, personalised tools to take into your everyday life, helping you sustain this sense of rest beyond the session.
Session Options
Sessions take place in Southsea.
The initial 90-minute session is always held in person, while follow-up sessions can be either in person or online, it’s entirely up to the client.
