What to expect
Meditation - The morning will start with an uplifting meditation to find some love in our hearts and some space in the body and mind, beginning to release our 4 main happy hormones: Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin, and Endorphins.
Breathwork - Next we’ll introduce some breathing exercises to bring a DOSE of fresh oxygen to the body.
Movement - Then we’ll get the body moving with some old-school tunes. Be prepared to dance and let your wild side out!
Nourishment - The event will finish with a grounded meditation and a healthy smoothie shot to send you on your way to begin a new day full of positive energy.
