Step into the warmth & stillness of winter with our Deep Rest Yoga and Meditation Day Retreat. This retreat is designed to help you unwind, restore, & embrace the peaceful energy of the season. Through gentle yoga, guided meditation, & nourishing deep rest practices, you'll release tension, calm your mind, & reconnect with your inner peace. Whether you’re seeking relaxation, clarity, or simply a moment of stillness, this retreat is the perfect way to reset & recharge as we move through the colder months. Interested? We’ll start with a grounding practice to settle into the space & connect with the present moment. 10:30AM – Gentle Morning Yoga A slow, nurturing yoga session to remove toxins from the body & release any built-up tension, focusing on creating warmth for a restful day ahead. 11:30 AM – Guided Meditation for Inner Calm A soothing meditation session that focuses on breathwork & mindfulness, helping quiet the mind & promote deep inner peace. 12:00 PM – Tea Break & Light Snacks Enjoy a mindful break with herbal teas & snacks, offering time for self-reflection or quiet conversation. 12:30 PM – Restorative Yoga & Deep Rest Return indoors for a deeply restorative yoga session, using supported poses to encourage deep relaxation. Allow your body and mind to rest & recharge. 2:00 PM – Vegetarian Lunch (Provided) Share a wholesome, nourishing meal in a mindful eating practice, savoring every bite. 2:45 PM – Mindful Walk in Nature Step outside for a gentle, mindful walk, engaging all your senses in the beauty of nature. This peaceful walk will invite you to be fully present, absorbing the tranquility of the natural surroundings as a form of meditation. 3:15PM – Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) Indulge in a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra session, guiding you into a state of yogic sleep, where the body rests deeply & the mind remains alert & aware. 3:45 PM – Journaling & Reflection Time Spend some quiet time journaling & reflecting, prompts will be provided to help capture your thoughts & intentions. 4:00pm Departure & Gratitude, leaving you feeling restored & ready for the months ahead. £10 off EARLY BIRD if booked by Nov 30th..
