Service Description

Our Monday Night Deep Rest session is here to guide you into a profound state of relaxation, soothing both mind and body. We often think of rest as simply sleeping or sitting still — but true rest is deeper. Ask yourself: When was the last time your mind and body felt completely at peace? Our Deep Rest Club is designed to nurture that feeling, unifying body, breath, and mind into a space of pure stillness. Led by Max, drawing on her deep knowledge of Hatha Yoga, Breathwork, and Meditation, this class gently opens the body through mindful stretching, prepares the nervous system through calming breathwork, and leads you into a guided meditation designed to release tension and quiet the mind. Each element is crafted to carry you closer to a place of true tranquillity, where your body can heal, your mind can soften, and you can simply be. Because rest is not indulgent — it’s essential. And when we rest, we return stronger, lighter, and more present for ourselves and for those we love. What to Expect: 🕖 7:45 pm – 8:00 pm: Arrival, community connection, and Q&A 🧘‍♀️ 8:00 pm – 8:15 pm: Gentle stretch and breathwork to ease tension, open the body, and prepare for deep relaxation 🌙 8:15 pm – 8:50 pm: Guided deep rest meditation (35 minutes) 🧘 8:50 pm – 9:00 pm: Closing meditation and Max slips out, leaving you in a state of deep rest.
